Yes. We send a brief visit log after each clean, and flag any maintenance or supply issues proactively. If something needs the property manager to action, you hear from us before the residents do.

Can you handle multiple buildings in our portfolio?

Yes. We service multi-building owners corporations regularly. Same crew across all sites where possible, consistent reporting format, single invoice if preferred.

Do you manage emergency cleans (vandalism, flooding, vomit)?

Yes, on-call response available. We hold weekend and after-hours slots specifically for emergencies. Call us and we mobilise. Typical response under 2 hours for urgent jobs.

Are common-area cleans separate from individual unit cleans?

Yes. Our strata service covers shared spaces only (lobbies, hallways, lifts, car park common areas). Individual unit cleans are quoted separately if owners request them direct.
