How often should an office be professionally cleaned?

Most offices land on weekly. High-traffic offices (20+ staff, frequent client visits) often go twice-weekly or daily. Small professional offices (under 10 staff) sometimes do fortnightly with a monthly deep clean. We talk through the right frequency at the on-site walkthrough.

Can you work around our staff during business hours?

We can, but most clients prefer cleans before opening or after closing. Quieter, no interruption, and the office is ready for the next day. Daytime cleans work for larger sites where we can stay out of the active work zones.

Do you handle confidential documents and IT equipment safely?

Yes. All staff sign confidentiality agreements and follow IT-aware protocols (no moving paperwork, no touching screens with cleaners, lock-up procedures). Certificates and protocols available on request.

Is the price all-inclusive or are there extras?

Quoted price is all-inclusive for the agreed scope. Add-ons (consumables restocking, periodic deep cleans, carpet steam-cleaning) are priced separately and only added with your approval. No surprise invoices.
