What types of properties do you clean?
We specialise in commercial spaces such as offices, clubs, warehouses and venues. Whether it's a one-off deep clean or ongoing maintenance, we tailor our services to suit your needs. If you require a residential clean, we can refer you to a trusted local domestic cleaner.
What areas do you service?
We service all of West and Central Gippsland, Warragul, Drouin, Longwarry, Yarragon, Trafalgar, Moe, Morwell, Traralgon, plus Pakenham. If you're nearby and not on the list, give us a call. We likely cover you too.
Do you offer one-time cleans or only ongoing contracts?
We offer both. Whether you need a one-off deep clean or a regular service contract, we can customise a solution that fits your business.
Scheduling & access
Can I set a specific schedule for regular cleaning?
Yes. We work around your business hours and preferences. Early morning, evening or weekend cleans can be arranged to avoid interfering with your operations.
How do you handle keys and after-hours access?
We work with whatever access system you already have, code-locked key safes, fobs, swipe cards, alarm codes, or a key handover. Keys and codes are stored securely and only the assigned crew has access. If your building has a sign-in process, we follow it.
What happens if a clean falls on a public holiday?
We can continue to provide cleaning services even during public holidays if need be.
Otherwise, we'll reschedule to the closest workable day around the holiday, usually the day before or after, depending on what suits your operations. We confirm rescheduling in writing ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Do you clean during business hours, or only after-hours?
Most clients prefer after-hours cleans, before opening, after close, or on weekends, so we never interrupt the workday. If you'd rather we work during business hours, we can do that too. Our crew is discreet either way.
Products & equipment
Do you supply all the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all necessary commercial-grade products and equipment to every job, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness with minimal disruption to your workplace.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, commercial-grade products as our default, safe for staff, customers, kids and pets. For specific surfaces or compliance-led environments (medical, food prep, childcare), we use the appropriate hospital-grade or food-safe alternatives.
Can you use our products if we have a preference?
Yes. If you have preferred products, branded disinfectants, fragrance-free, eco lines, or anything compliance-required, we'll use them. Just let us know during the walkthrough and we'll factor it into the quote.
Trust & compliance
Are you insured and police-checked?
Absolutely. We carry full public liability insurance, and all cleaners are police-checked for your peace of mind. Certificates of currency available on request.
Can we get a Certificate of Insurance for our records?
Yes, on request. We can issue a Certificate of Currency for public liability and any other policies your facility requires for compliance, building management or audit purposes. Usually same business day.
What's your process if something goes wrong?
Call us. We respond within one business day to make it right, re-cleaning the area, replacing damaged items if we caused the damage, or refunding the visit. Our Better Standard Guarantee covers this in writing. See the guarantee page for the full process.
Contracts & pricing
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No lock-in contracts. We earn your business every clean. If we're not delivering, you can stop with reasonable notice (though our clients tend to stay for years).
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and includes an on-site walkthrough so we can scope the job accurately. Most quotes go out the same business day, often within the hour.
How does billing work, weekly, monthly, or per-clean?
For ongoing contracts, we invoice weekly in arrears with 14-day terms. One-off jobs are invoiced on completion. We accept bank transfer. If your accounts team needs custom billing, purchase orders, specific invoice timing, let us know during quoting and we can arrange it.
