Are your products TGA-listed?

Yes. We use TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectants for clinical areas. MSDS sheets are on file for every product and available on request for your compliance records.

How do you separate clinical from non-clinical cleaning?

Dedicated cleaning kits. The cloth that wipes a treatment chair does not go on a reception desk. Colour-coded equipment, separate buckets, and crew trained on the protocol from day one.

Can you provide a visit log for audit purposes?

Yes. We deliver a brief log after each visit, date, time, areas cleaned, any issues flagged. These hold up at AHPRA / accreditation audit time. Format adjustable to match your existing audit framework.

Do you handle clinical waste?

We handle general waste and consumable replacement per your protocols. We do not handle sharps disposal or biohazardous waste. Those need licensed clinical waste contractors. We can coordinate with your existing contractor if helpful.
