Can you clean before or after trading hours?

Yes. Most retail clients have us in early morning (before opening) or late evening (after close). Some venues prefer overnight. Whatever keeps us out of your trading hours.

Do you handle product displays without damaging stock?

Yes. Crew is trained to work around displays without moving stock unless asked. For higher-value displays (jewellery cases, electronics) we follow your handling protocols and skip if uncertain.

Can you accommodate one-off pre-event deep cleans?

Yes. We hold weekend and after-hours slots for venue events. 48 hours notice ideal but we can sometimes turn around quicker. Post-event cleans also available, book together and save on the call-out.

Do you restock customer bathroom supplies?

Yes. Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels included as an optional add-on. We track usage and refill on a schedule, so customer bathrooms are never empty.
